Refund Policy

Camps:

Refund requests must be made at least 7 days before the camp start date.

​

A processing fee of 10% applies to cancellations.

​

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the camp start, but seat transfers to another eligible participant may be allowed.

​

Products:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

​

Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded.

​

Customers are responsible for return shipping.
